摘要

本文报告1例肿瘤终末期合并便秘的高龄患者的护理经验。在加强常规护理的基础上，运用手指点穴及中药膏摩中医特色技术，缓解患者便秘症状，预防因便秘引起的肛周疾病、肠梗阻、心脑血管等疾病的发生，保障患者身心舒适，维持患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article reports the nursing experience of an elderly patient with late stage tumor complicated with constipation. Based on strengthening routine care， the Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic techniques， including finger acupoints and TCM ointment were taken to relieve constipation symptoms and prevent the occurrence of perianal diseases， intestinal obstruction， cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by constipation. The patient’s physical and mental condition was ensured， and the quality of life was maintained.
