摘要

本文总结分析1例髌骨骨折患者的护理体会。术前给予心理护理和体位诱导，术中注意止血带的固定及使用时间，保护患肢皮肤，术后密切监测生命体征，可以减少患者术中出血量，减轻疼痛，促进康复，避免皮肤损伤等并发症的发生。正确使用气压止血带和制定合理的护理对策对提高护理质量具有重要意义。

Abstract

This article summarized and analyzed the nursing experience of a patient with patellar fracture. Psychological nursing and posture induction before operation， attention to the fixation and use time of tourniquet during operation， protection of the skin of the affected limb， and close monitoring of vital signs after operation can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding， relieve pain， promote rehabilitation， and avoid the occurrence of skin injury and other complications. It is of great significance to use pneumatic tourniquet correctly and formulate reasonable nursing strategies to improve the quality of nursing.
