摘要

本文总结1例老年甲状腺癌患者术后头晕头痛的护理经验。将患者心理状态、疼痛程度作为观察指标，通过运用穴位贴敷治疗患者术后头晕头痛不适反应，并采用饮食指导、情志护理等方法对患者进行护理干预，患者头晕、疼痛、焦虑症状得到明显缓解。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of postoperative dizziness and headache in an elderly patient with thyroid cancer.Using the patient's psychological state and pain level as observation indicators，Treatment of postoperative dizziness， headache， and discomfort in patients using acupoint application，and adopt methods such as dietary guidance and emotional care to provide nursing interventions for patients，The patient's dizziness， pain， and anxiety symptoms have been significantly alleviated.
