摘要

本文总结1例痛经患者行火龙罐综合灸治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取火龙罐综合灸治疗配合饮食指导、情志护理、生活起居护理、健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，患者疼痛、焦虑症状明显缓解。

Abstract

This article summarizes the effect observation and nursing experience of a patient with dysmenorrhea treated with fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion. Based on the syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， the fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion treatment combined with diet guidance， emotional nursing， daily life nursing， health knowledge education and other routine nursing measures were adopted， and the pain and anxiety symptoms of the patients were significantly relieved.
