摘要

本文总结1例闭塞性动脉硬化合并尿失禁患者的中西医结合护理体会。在完善护理评估及常规护理的基础上，选择中医特色温灸器灸法，利用中医取穴，温灸器的温热效应，减轻患者的症状，提高患者生活质量，临床效果显著。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with arteriosclerosis obliterans combined with urinary incontinence. On the basis of improving the nursing assessment and routine nursing， the moxibustion method with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic warm moxibustion apparatus was selected， and the warm effect of warm moxibustion apparatus was used to alleviate the symptoms of patients， improve the quality of life of patients， and the clinical effect was significant.
