摘要

本文总结祛毒生肌膏联合结构化皮肤护理治疗1例A型主动脉夹层术后重度失禁性皮炎患者的护理经验。通过对患者失禁性皮炎程度的评估，在结构化皮肤护理中应用康复新液清洗、祛毒生肌膏外涂，联合情志护理等护理措施，提高健康教育依从性，促进伤口快速愈合，减轻患者痛苦，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of Qudu Shengji cream combined with structured skin care in the treatment of a patient with severe incontinence dermatitis after type A aortic dissection. Based on the evaluation of the incontinence dermatitis degree， the new rehabilitation liquid cleaning， external application of Qudu Shengji cream， combined with emotional nursing， which promoted the rapid wound healing， reduced the patients' pain and improved the patient’s life quality.
