摘要

本文总结1例运用中医综合疗法改善颈椎病合并双膝退行性病变患者临床症状的护理体会。在手法治疗、康复锻炼的基础上运用中医特色护理技术，包括中药泡洗技术、中药封包技术、中药涂药技术、中药离子导入技术，对改善该患者疼痛、恢复活动功能，提高生活质量以及满意度都具有显著作用。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylosis combined with bilateral knee degenerative disease who was treated with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy to improve the clinical symptoms. On the basis of manual therapy and rehabilitation exercise， the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology， including traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing technology， traditional Chinese medicine packet technology， traditional Chinese medicine coating technology and traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis technology， has a significant effect on improving the patient's pain， restoring the activity function， improving the quality of life and satisfaction.
