摘要

本文总结1例粘连性肠梗阻老年患者中西医结合治疗及护理体会。根据证型辨证实施口服中药汤剂、艾灸、穴位贴敷、芒硝外敷、耳穴贴压、中药保留灌肠等中医特色治疗及护理干预，同时联合胃肠减压、抗感染、补液、红外线等治疗和常规护理干预。中西医优势互补，有效改善了胃肠功能，解除梗阻，并针对性地进行饮食宣教和健康指导，有效促进了患者康复，避免疾病复发。

Abstract

This article summarized the treatment and nursing experience of an elderly patient with adhesive intestinal obstruction treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. According to the syndrome differentiation， the patients were treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction， moxibustion， acupoint application， mirabile external application， auricular point application， Chinese medicine retention enema and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment and nursing intervention. At the same time， the patients were treated with gastrointestinal decompression， anti-infection， fluid infusion， infrared ray treatment and routine nursing intervention. The complementary advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve gastrointestinal function， relieve obstruction， and carry out targeted diet education and health guidance， effectively promote the recovery of patients and avoid disease recurrence.
