摘要

本文总结1例原发性痛经（寒凝血瘀证）患者行脐灸疗法联合红外线照射关元穴治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用脐灸疗法联合红外线照射关元穴治疗并配合具有中医特色的生活起居指导、饮食指导、情志调护等常规护理措施，有效缓解患者经期疼痛症状，调整患者脾胃功能，提升了患者的生活及工作质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the effect and nursing experience of umbilical moxibustion therapy combined with infrared ray irradiation on a patient with primary dysmenorrhea （cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome）. Based on the syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， umbilical moxibustion therapy combined with infrared ray irradiation at Guanyuan point was used in combination with routine nursing measures such as life guidance， diet guidance and emotional care with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics， which effectively relieved the symptoms of menstrual pain， adjusted the function of spleen and stomach， and improved the quality of life and work of patients.
