摘要

本文总结1例单孔腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者术中给予冲洗液加温，预防低体温的护理体会。术前30 min调节手术间温湿度，术中使用恒温箱38℃保存8 h以上的冲洗液，术中使用保温毯冲洗液加温，可有效降低患者低体温的发生，提高患者的舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient who underwent single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy and was given flushing fluid heating during the operation to prevent hypothermia. 30 minutes before surgery， adjust the temperature and humidity in the operating room. During surgery， use a constant temperature incubator to store the flushing solution at 38 ℃ for more than 8 hours. Use a thermal blanket to warm the flushing solution during surgery， which can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypothermia in patients and improve their comfort.
