摘要

本文总结中药热奄技术在1例脾胃虚寒型胃疡患者护理中的应用经验。针对患者的腹痛症状，基于“通法”理论，创新性地使用中药热奄技术进行中医护理干预；在辨证施护的同时，护理人员思考人文、临床实际等情况，有效缓解了患者的腹痛症状，解决了患者的护理问题。

Abstract

This article summarizes the application experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine heat therapy in the nursing of a patient with gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type. Based on the "Tongfa" theory， innovative use of TCM heat therapy technology for TCM nursing intervention was proposed to address the patient’s symptoms of abdominal pain. While providing differentiated care， nursing staffs also reflected on humanistic and clinical situations. The patient's abdominal pain symptoms were effectively alleviated and the nursing problems were solved.
