摘要

本文总结皮内针综合疗法治疗1例老年冠状动脉粥样硬化合并阿尔茨海默病失眠患者的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，强调个体化联合治疗，通过辨证论治，制定个体化中医适宜技术干预，发挥“皮内针+”综合疗法的中医联合协同作用，可达到调整脏腑气血，恢复阴阳平衡，激发机体自身正气，调节情志等功效。多位一体的中医联合治疗，可改善患者失眠病症，促进康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patient with coronary atherosclerosis and Alzheimer's disease with insomnia treated with comprehensive intradermal acupuncture. On the basis of routine nursing， individualized combined treatment is emphasized. Through syndrome differentiation and treatment， individualized appropriate TCM technical intervention is formulated， and the combined synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine of "intradermal acupuncture +" comprehensive therapy is exerted， which can adjust the qi and blood of viscera， restore the balance of Yin and Yang， stimulate the body's own positive qi， and regulate emotions. Multi-integrated traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment can improve insomnia and promote rehabilitation.
