摘要

目的

总结1例胫骨平台骨折患者规范化围术期运用中西医结合治疗康复的经验。

方法

选取我院2023年7月5日收治的1名左胫骨平台骨折（SCHATZKER Ⅵ型）患者，通过中西医结合护理措施，包括观察患者患肢血运和感觉运动情况、伤口皮肤愈合状况，予中医外治及运动康复指导，对其进行规范化围术期护理。

结果

手术前后严密观察伤口及患肢末梢血运情况，通过全程规范化护理干预，最大程度的减轻患者肢体肿胀、疼痛，加速肢体骨折创面恢复，防止手术后并发症发生，促进患者骨折愈合和康复。

结论

胫骨平台骨折患者进行规范化围术期护理，可以提高患者睡眠和生活质量，预防并发症的发生，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the experience of standardized perioperative rehabilitation with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with tibial plateau fracture.

Methods

A patient with left tibial plateau fracture （SCHATZKER type Ⅵ） admitted to our hospital on July 5， 2023 was selected. Through the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing measures， including the observation of the patient's limb blood supply and sensory movement， wound skin healing， external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and exercise rehabilitation guidance， and standardized perioperative nursing.

Results

The wound and peripheral blood supply of the affected limb were closely observed before and after the operation. Through the standardized nursing intervention， the swelling and pain of the limb were reduced to the maximum extent， the recovery of the limb fracture wound was accelerated， the complications after the operation were prevented， and the fracture healing and rehabilitation of the patients were promoted.

Conclusions

Standardized perioperative nursing for patients with tibial plateau fracture can improve their quality of sleep and life， and prevent the occurrence of complications， which has high clinical application value.
