摘要

本文总结1例遗尿患儿行耳穴压豆联合隔姜铺灸技术干预的护理经验，包括护理评估、个性化饮食指导、情志调理等。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取耳穴压豆及隔姜铺灸并辅以相关护理措施，经过一个疗程的治疗，明显改善患儿遗尿症状。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of ear acupoint bean-pressing combined with ginger-separated moxibustion for a child with enuresis， including nursing assessment， personalized diet guidance， emotional regulation， etc. Based on the syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， ear acupoint pressing with beans and ginger-separated moxibustion were adopted， and related nursing measures were taken. After a course of treatment， the symptoms of enuresis in children were significantly improved.
