摘要

本文总结1例黄柏膏中药外敷治疗外伤所致外阴血肿患者的护理体会。通过对患者进行评估，实施中医特色护理、疼痛护理、情志调护、辨证施膳等护理措施，改善患者的临床症状，提高患者的生活质量，以期为此类患者的中西医结合治疗与护理提供一定借鉴与实践基础。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of external application of Huangbai ointment with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vulvar hematoma caused by trauma. Through the evaluation of patients， the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing， pain nursing， emotional nursing， dialectical feeding and other nursing measures， improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients， in order to provide a certain reference and practical basis for the treatment and nursing of such patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
