摘要

本文总结了1例下肢截肢术后皮肤坏死行腓肠神经营养筋膜皮瓣修复足踝术后的护理体会。护理措施包括患者病情观察、饮食指导、用药指导、情志护理等，运用中西医结合技术耳穴贴压联合中药汤剂疗法，经过治疗及护理配合，降低患者术后并发症，患者皮瓣成活，病情好转出院。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of skin necrosis after lower limb amputation who underwent sural neurotrophic fasciocutaneous flap for foot and ankle repair. Nursing measures included patient's condition observation， diet guidance， medication guidance， emotional nursing， etc. Auricular point sticking combined with Chinese medicine decoction therapy was used in combination with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. After treatment and nursing cooperation， postoperative complications were reduced， the patient's skin flap survived， and the condition was improved and the patient was discharged.
