摘要

本文总结1例急性前壁心肌梗死致心源性休克患者行急诊经皮穿刺冠状动脉造影及行主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）后的护理方案，包括对症护理、IABP专科护理、气管插管的护理、机械通气的护理及预防并发症的护理等。护理方案有效提升患者的舒适度，减少并发症的发生风险，患者最终成功脱机拔管，康复出院。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing plan for a patient with cardiogenic shock caused by acute anterior myocardial infarction who underwent emergency percutaneous coronary angiography and intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP）， including symptomatic nursing， IABP specialized nursing， tracheal intubation nursing， mechanical ventilation nursing and prevention of complications. The nursing program effectively improved the patient's comfort and reduced the risk of complications. Finally， the patient was successfully weaned and discharged from the hospital.
