摘要

本文总结1例温灸刮痧治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者椎间孔镜术后下肢麻木的护理经验。在完善护理评估和常规护理的基础上，通过辨证施护，给予循经温灸刮痧治疗1个疗程后，该患者患侧肢体麻木症状消失，治疗效果显著，值得在临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of warm moxibustion scraping in the treatment of lower limb numbness after lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. On the basis of improving nursing evaluation and routine nursing， through syndrome differentiation nursing， the patient was given warm moxibustion and scraping therapy along meridians for 1 course of treatment. The numbness symptoms of the affected limb disappeared， and the treatment effect was significant， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
