Nursing experience of a patient with liver and kidney Yin deficiency type dizziness and insomnia treated with special scraping combined with Tianmen acupoint massage based on the theory of "nourishing water and containing wood"
Based on the theory of "nourishing water and containing wood" and using dialectical thinking in Traditional Chinese Medicine, special scraping and open Tianmen acupoint massage were used to unblock and stimulate the head meridians of a patient with liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of dizziness and insomnia. This achieved the effects of opening the orifices, concentrating the mind, regulating Qi and blood, and balancing Yin and Yang, promoting the improvement of symptoms of dizziness and insomnia in the patient with primary hypertension, and reducing the patient’s suffering.
