摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗脊髓型颈椎病患者的术后护理经验。在疼痛护理、呼吸护理、康复护理的基础上结合中医特色护理包括中药内服、穴位贴敷等，可减轻脊髓型颈椎病术后患者的疼痛，改善患者肢体功能情况，降低并发症发生率，提高患者满意度。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine after surgery. On the basis of pain care， respiratory care， and rehabilitation care， Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing， including TCM oral administration， acupoint application， etc， were applied， which could alleviate postoperative pain in the patient with cervical spondylotic myelopathy， improve limb function， reduce the incidence of complications， and increase patient satisfaction.
