摘要

本文总结耳穴压丸联合针灸治疗1例肠梗阻患者的护理体会。患者为升结肠恶性肿瘤，近三年来反复肠梗阻，护理难度大。在完善护理评估的基础上，实施中医特色护理技术耳穴压丸联合针灸治疗，结合常规护理措施，有效缓解了患者肠梗阻腹胀、腹痛的症状。患者情绪稳定，病情缓解，顺利出院。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of one case of intestinal obstruction treated with auricular point pressing combined with acupuncture. Based on the nursing evaluation， the combination of auricular point pressing and acupuncture treatment， combined with conventional nursing measures， effectively alleviated the symptoms of abdominal distension and abdominal pain caused by intestinal obstruction. The patient's emotions were stable， the condition improved， and was discharged smoothly.
