摘要

目的

总结耳穴埋籽联合中药外敷在1例MODS腹胀满病伴消化道出血患者中的护理理经验。

方法

对MODS腹胀满病伴消化道出血患者进行中医外治法的治疗，采用适合该患者的适宜护理技术（耳穴治疗、中药外敷）。

结果

患者症状得以控制，体质得以改善，出院后生活质量较高。

结论

通过耳穴埋籽联合中药外敷治疗1例MODS腹胀满病伴消化道出血患者的护理，提高了护理人员的护理操作技能，巩固中医相关知识，为以后危重症患者的临床工作增加理论依据和实践经验。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of ear point seed embedding combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in a patient with MODS abdominal distension and gastrointestinal bleeding.

Methods

The MODS patients with abdominal distension and gastrointestinal bleeding were treated with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， and the appropriate nursing technology （auricular point therapy， external application of traditional Chinese medicine） was used for the patient.

Results

The symptoms of the patients were controlled， the constitution was improved， and the quality of life was higher after discharge.

Conclusions

Ear point seed embedding combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of a patient with MODS abdominal distension and gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the nursing skills of nursing staff， consolidate the related knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine， and increase the theoretical basis and practical experience for the clinical work of critical patients in the future.
