摘要

本文总结1例老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩骨折患者围手术期护理的中医护理体会。根据患者情况进行辨证分析，运用中医特色技术耳穴压丸、中药膏摩等围手术期护理方式，有助于促进患者康复，减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in perioperative care of an elderly patient with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Based on the patient's condition and dialectical analysis， TCM characteristic techniques including auricular point pressing and TCM ointment massage in perioperative nursing were applied， which could help promote patient recovery， alleviate pain， and improve the quality of life.
