摘要

本文总结一例在皮部理论指导下，采用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆中医养生外治护理技术，同时配合病情观察、生活起居、饮食指导、情志调理、用药指导等常规护理，能有效缓解妇科术后腹胀症状，促进术后快速康复，改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case of using acupoint application combined with ear acupoint pressing for Traditional Chinese Medicine health preservation and external nursing techniques. Guided by skin theory， the above TCM nursing techniques combined with routine nursing such as disease observation， daily life， dietary guidance， emotional regulation， and medication guidance could effectively alleviate postoperative abdominal distension symptoms in gynecology， promote rapid postoperative recovery， and improve the patient's quality of life.
