摘要

本文总结1例劳力性热射病患者的急救护理。本案例通过快速评估结合专科敏感指标检查缩短诊断时间，采用4 ℃冰盐水滴定式输液及启动降温措施，快速建立气道，保持呼吸道通畅。经过快速有效的救治及护理，患者病情好转。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the emergency care of a case with exertional heat stroke. EHS） is a medical emergency directly related to intense physical activity. The diagnostic time was shorten by combining rapid evaluation with specialized sensitive index examination. 4 ℃ saline titration infusion and initiating cooling measures were applied to quickly establish the airway and maintain airway patency. After rapid and effective treatment and care， the patient's condition improved.
