摘要

本文总结1例DKA昏迷伴糖尿病肾病联合CRRT治疗患者的护理体会。对患者实施有创通气护理、CRRT护理、胰岛素治疗护理、情志护理并给予健康指导。在此基础上，实施中医特色技术，包括穴位贴敷、灸法、耳穴压豆疗法以达到回阳固脱、扶正祛邪、调节情志。通过43天中西医结合护理，患者转危为安，顺利康复出院。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of DKA coma with diabetes nephropathy treated with CRRT. Based on invasive ventilation care， CRRT care， insulin treatment care， emotional care， and health guidance， Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic techniques were implemented， including acupoint application， moxibustion， and ear acupoint pressing therapy to achieve the goal of restoring Yang and strengthening detachment， supporting the right and eliminating evil， and regulating emotions. Through a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for 43 days， the patient recovered and was discharged smoothly.
