摘要

本文总结1例子宫内膜癌肝转移患者的多学科护理体会。为明确病灶情况，需行CT肝脏血管三维成像检查，但该例患者因肥胖和多次化疗，导致外周血管穿刺困难。针对上述情况，予个性化护理措施，确定护理要点，具体包括：根据患者个体情况，迅速组建多学科护理团队；基于多学科护理团队，进行系统评估、监测患者图像质量及高压注射对比剂后不良反应；予患者全程心理护理与健康教育。经护理，患者顺利完成检查，图像质量达到诊断标准，为患者手术治疗提供准确依据。

Abstract

This article summarized the multidisciplinary nursing experience of a case of endometrial cancer with liver metastasis. In order to clarify the lesion， CT liver vascular three-dimensional imaging was needed， but the patient's obesity and multiple chemotherapy made peripheral vascular puncture difficult. In view of the above situation， individualized nursing measures were given to determine the key points of nursing， including： according to the individual condition of patients， quickly set up a multidisciplinary nursing team； Based on the multidisciplinary care team， carries on the system image quality assessment and monitoring patients and adverse reactions after high pressure injection of contrast medium； The entire psychological nursing and health education to patients. After nursing， the patient successfully completed the examination， and the image quality reached the diagnostic standard， providing accurate basis for the patient's surgical treatment.
