摘要

基于量化评估策略动态评估1例剖宫产术后患者的宫缩疼痛程度，总结应用中医护理适宜技术适时干预的护理经验。通过运用数字疼痛评分量表（NRS）、中文版功能活动评分表（FAS）和生理行为反应进行产后宫缩痛的动态量化评估，根据轻、中、重不同疼痛程度分别给与情志护理、穴位按摩、腕踝针等中医护理技术，取得较好的镇痛效果，患者对疼痛管理效果表示满意。

Abstract

To dynamically evaluate the uterine contraction pain degree of a patient after cesarean section based on quantitative assessment strategy， and summarize the nursing experience of timely intervention with appropriate nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine. Through the use of numerical rating scale （NRS）， the Chinese version of functional activity scale （FAS） and physiological behavior response to the dynamic quantitative evaluation of postpartum uterine contraction pain， according to the mild， moderate and severe pain， the emotional nursing， acupoint massage， wrist-ankle acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques were given， which achieved good analgesic effect， and the patients were satisfied with the effect of pain management.
