摘要

本文总结中药灌肠联合中医饮食调护治疗1例溃疡性结肠炎合并胃溃疡患者的护理经验。中药灌肠联合中医饮食调护能够提升溃疡性结肠炎合并胃溃疡患者的临床疗效，改善患者腹泻、腹痛、营养失调及焦虑等症状，并且能够降低并发症以及复发率，是值得推广运用的中医护理方案。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with ulcerative colitis complicated with gastric ulcer treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine enema and TCM dietary regulation. The combination of TCM enema and TCM dietary regulation could improve the clinical efficacy of the patient with ulcerative colitis complicated with gastric ulcers， improve symptoms such as diarrhea， abdominal pain， nutritional imbalance， and anxiety， and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence. This TCM nursing plan is worth promoting and applying.
