摘要

本文总结1例耳部刮痧、耳部放血联合耳部贴压的耳部三联疗法治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮患者的护理报告。通过分析病因病机，结合典型病例分析，证实耳部刮痧、耳部放血联合耳部贴压的耳部三联疗法治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮是安全、有效的，配合健康教育等综合护理干预，能够显著减轻患者的临床症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes a nursing report of a patient with acne of spleen and stomach damp-heat treated by auricular triple therapy of scraping， auricular bloodletting and auricular sticking. By analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis， combined with the analysis of typical cases， it is confirmed that the auricular triple therapy of scraping， auricular bloodletting and auricular sticking is safe and effective in the treatment of acne with spleen and stomach damp-heat. Combined with comprehensive nursing intervention such as health education， it can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients.
