摘要

本文总结1例肝性脑病的患者行中药保留灌肠技术治疗的护理经验，包括中药保留灌肠的药方组成、操作方法、注意事项以及病情观察、生活起居、饮食、情志、安全护理等常规护理。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性护理措施，患者肝性脑病症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with hepatic encephalopathy treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema technology， including the composition of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema prescription， operation method， precautions， condition observation， daily life， diet， emotion， safety and other routine nursing. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， targeted nursing measures were taken， and the symptoms of hepatic encephalopathy were significantly improved.
