摘要

本文总结1例应用中医情志护理三部曲：心理支持、放松训练、引导性音乐想象及访谈缓解患者围手术期焦虑状态的护理案例。经治疗，患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分从17分降到3分，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分从18分降到0分。患者的术后胃肠功能快速恢复，无并发症发生，顺利康复出院。

Abstract

This paper summarized a nursing case of applying traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing trilogy： psychological support， relaxation training， guided music imagination and interview to alleviate the patient's perioperative anxiety state. After treatment， the patient's Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） score decreased from 17 to 3， and his Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 18 to 0. The patient's postoperative gastrointestinal function recovered quickly， and no complications occurred.
