摘要

腰椎间盘突出症是以腰腿疼为主要症状的一种常见病，也是生活中的多发病。本文总结1例后入路腰椎融合术后患者的护理体会。通过护理评估，明确护理诊断并制定护理计划，采取相应护理措施，包括伤口护理、疼痛护理、中医治疗、功能锻炼及并发症预防，患者预后良好。

Abstract

Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease with lumbar and leg pain as the main symptom， and it is also a common disease in daily life. This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient after posterior approach lumbar fusion. Based on nursing evaluation， nursing diagnosis was clarified， nursing plan was formulated， and corresponding nursing measures were taken， including wound management， pain management， Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment， functional exercise and complication prevention. Finally， the patient had a good prognosis.
