摘要

本文总结1例成人脊髓灰质炎后遗症Ilizarov矫治术后合并术肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行中西医结合护理体会。对患者应用中药塌渍、穴位贴敷等中西医结合的护理方法，提升患者对疾病和治疗的理解，心理健康状态良好，有效改善了患者症状。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for one case of adult poliomyelitis sequelae complicated with deep vein thrombosis after Ilizarov correction. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing methods such as traditional Chinese medicine stain collapse and acupoint application can improve the patient's understanding of the disease and treatment， improve their mental health， and effectively improve their symptoms.
