摘要

选取在治未病中心行舌面脉体质辨识的人群中诊断为湿热体质者1例，进行中医体质辨证调质护理，并观察应用效果。观察该患者中医辨证调质护理前后舌面脉体质辨识评分、健康知识知晓率及健康行为形成率。中医辨证调质护理可以改善偏颇体质者的健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率，舌面脉体质辨识可以更好地运用于亚健康人群，达到治未病的效果。

Abstract

A patient diagnosed with damp-heat constitution was selected from the population who underwent tongue pulse constitution identification at the preventive center. Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution differentiation and adjustment nursing were applied and the application effect was observed. The tongue pulse constitution recognition score， health knowledge awareness rate， and health behavior formation rate of the patient before and after TCM syndrome differentiation and conditioning nursing were studied. TCM syndrome differentiation and conditioning nursing could improve the health knowledge awareness rate and health behavior formation rate of individuals with biased physique. Tongue pulse physique identification can be better applied to sub healthy populations to achieve the effect of preventing diseases.
