摘要

近年小儿过敏性鼻炎发病率逐年增长，临床上通过西医治疗来控制和缓解病情，很难达到根治的效果。本案从中医的整体观和辨证论治的角度出发，通过护理评估、辨证分析、护理诊断，制定合理的护理方案，运用小儿推拿联合耳穴埋豆、揿针的中医外治疗法，达到益气固表、疏风散邪、固护脾胃、调和阴阳的效果，最终有效治疗了患儿的过敏性鼻炎，同时改善了患儿免疫机能，达到了治标和治本的双重效果。

Abstract

In recent years， the incidence rate of allergic rhinitis in children has increased year by year. It is difficult to achieve the effect of radical treatment by western medicine to control and alleviate the disease. This case starts from the perspective of holistic view and syndrome differentiation and treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on nursing evaluation， syndrome differentiation analysis， and nursing diagnosis， a reasonable nursing plan is formulated. The TCM external treatment method of pediatric massage combined with ear acupoint embedding and pressing needle was used to achieve the effects of tonifying Qi and strengthening the surface， dispersing wind and evil， protecting the spleen and stomach， and regulating Yin and Yang. Ultimately， the allergic rhinitis of the child was effectively treated， while improving the child's immune function. It has achieved a dual effect of treating symptoms and addressing the root cause.
