摘要

本文总结1例肝肾亏虚型腰痹合并不寐患者的中医辨证护理体会。针对患者具体症状，基于中医辨证，采用雷火灸改善患者腰部疼痛、便溏症状，运用头部刮痧及穴位贴敷等干预措施，治疗患者由心肾不交引起的不寐症状，护理效果明显。

Abstract

This article summarized the experience of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing for a patient with lumbar stulosis of liver and kidney deficiency combined with insomnia. According to the specific symptoms of patients， based on TCM syndrome differentiation， thun-fire moxibustion was used to improve the patients' waist pain and loose stool symptoms， and the intervention measures such as scraping on the head and acupoint application were used to treat the patients' insomnia symptoms caused by heart-kidney incoordination， and the nursing effect was obvious.
