摘要

本文总结１例小细胞肺癌患者PICC置管后伴大量淋巴液渗出的护理经验。护理要点包括：准确评估与交接，个性化换药与固定，选择合适的创口敷料，局部加压方式，正确指导患者肢体活动，预防感染及有效的心理辅导，同时联合中药四妙勇安散外敷。患者保管6天，顺利完成1周期化疗，无感染、无继发并发症发生。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with small cell lung cancer who underwent PICC catheterization with a large amount of lymphatic exudation. The key nursing points include： accurate evaluation and handover， personalized dressing and fixation， selection of appropriate wound dressings， local compression methods， correct guidance of patient limb movements， prevention of infection， and effective psychological counseling， combined with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Simiao Yong'an decoction. The catheter was kept for 6 days and the patient successfully completed 1 cycle of chemotherapy without infection or secondary complications.
