摘要

本文总结1例急性脑梗死患者的中西医结合护理体会。根据患者临床表现制订相应的护理方案，严密观察患者病情变化，尤其是精神状态，进行必要的个体化中西医护理，如五行音乐疗法等，促进了患者的康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute cerebral infarction. Based on the patient's clinical manifestations， corresponding nursing plans were developed， changes in the patient's condition were closely observed， especially the mental state， and necessary individualized Chinese and Western medicine nursing was provided， such as the five elements music therapy， which promoted the patient recovery.
