摘要

本文总结运用通利三焦法改善1例肺癌心肾不交型失眠患者睡眠质量的护理经验。通过辩证施护，采用耳部按摩，耳部刮痧，耳穴埋籽的操作方法达到通利三焦的功效，能有效改善肺癌心肾不交型失眠症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using the Tongli Sanjiao method to improve sleep quality in a lung cancer patient with heart kidney disjunction type insomnia. Based on dialectical nursing， auricular massage， auricular scraping， and auricular point pressing were applied to drain Sanjiao， which could effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia caused by heart kidney disjunction in lung cancer， and improve the patient’s life quality.
