摘要

目的

探讨1例肝衰竭患者发生各种不良并发症的护理经验。

方法

对患者在整个疾病进展过程中提供全面整体的观察和护理，改善患者的不良心理及各种负性情绪，促进疾病恢复，同时降低不良反应的发生，保证各项治疗护理顺利进行。

结果

患者经过积极的治疗及对症护理后病情好转出院。

结论

慢加亚急性肝衰竭病情复杂，死亡率高，住院时间长、治疗费用高等原因使患者的焦虑抑郁症状发生率较高，利用循证护理实践的方法改善肝衰竭患者的焦虑抑郁负性情绪，提高患者生活质量尤为重要。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the nursing experience of a patient with liver failure with various adverse complications.

Methods

The comprehensive and holistic observation and care were provided for the patient throughout the entire disease progression process， which improved the negative psychology and emotions， promoted the disease recovery， and reduced the occurrence of adverse reactions to ensure smooth treatment and nursing.

Results

After active treatment and symptomatic care， the patient's condition improved and was discharged from the hospital.

Conclusion

Chronic and subacute liver failure is complicated， with high mortality， long hospital stay and high treatment cost， causing patients to fall into despair and have a high incidence of anxiety and depression symptoms. It is particularly important to use evidence-based nursing practice to improve the negative mood of anxiety and depression in patients with liver failure and improve the patients’ life quality.
