摘要

目的

探讨1例骨髓增生异常综合征患者并发坏疽性脓皮病的护理。

方法

针对患者治疗过程中出现的皮肤问题，利用多学科诊疗进行对症治疗及护理干预。

结果

经过积极的治疗及护理，患者皮肤问题得到改善，解决了患者在治疗过程中出现的疑难并发症。

结论

通过多学科联合协作，为患者提供最佳的个体治疗及护理以促进其康复，让患者获益最大化。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the nursing care of a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome complicated with gangrenous pyoderma.

Methods

Targeting the skin problems occurred during the patient's treatment process， multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment were applied for targeted treatment and nursing interventions.

Results

After active treatment and care， the patient's skin problems were improved and the difficult complications that occurred during the treatment process were resolved.

Conclusion

Through interdisciplinary collaboration， the best individual treatment and care were provided to promote the patient recovery and maximize the patient’s benefits.
