摘要

目的

总结1例闭合性肾损伤患者的中医护理。

方法

针对血瘀气滞型闭合性肾损伤患者采取腕踝针技术、穴位贴敷技术联合雷火灸、耳穴埋籽技术联合耳部全息铜砭刮痧，分析其干预效果。

结果

应用腕踝针技术可有效缓解急性疼痛；穴位贴敷技术联合雷火灸，可缓解患者腹胀；耳穴埋籽技术联合耳部全息铜砭刮痧，可有效缓解焦虑，调畅情志。经上述中医护理措施的实施，减轻了患者的痛苦并促进了患者疾病的康复，患者住院10天后顺利出院。

结论

应用中医适宜技术做好肾损伤保守治疗患者的护理，对促进患者疾病康复有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing of a patient with closed renal injury.

Methods

For the patient with closed renal injury caused by blood stasis and Qi stagnation， wrist ankle needle technique， acupoint application technique combined with lightning fire moxibustion， auricular-point-pressing therapy combined with auricular holographic copper needle scraping were adopted and the intervention effects were analyzed.

Results

The application of wrist ankle needle technique could effectively alleviate acute pain. Acupoint application technology combined with lightning fire moxibustion could alleviate abdominal distension. Auricular-point-pressing therapy combined with auricular holographic copper needle scraping could effectively alleviate anxiety and regulate emotions. The implementation of the above TCM nursing measures has alleviated the patient's pain and promoted the recovery from the disease. The patient was discharged smoothly after being hospitalized for 10 days.

Conclusion

Applying appropriate TCM techniques to nurse patients with conservative treatment of kidney injury has a positive effect on promoting disease recovery.
