摘要

本文总结百笑灸治疗1例隐匿性产后尿潴留中的护理体会。通过将一系列有循证依据和临床验证有效的护理措施有效整合、准确评估、尽早发现尿潴留发生的倾向，并在早期干预尿潴留，同时向患者提供心理支持，减轻焦虑，促进患者康复。结果表明，通过物理疗法结合百笑灸技术在改善尿潴留症状方面有明显效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of Baixiao moxibustion in treating a case of latent postpartum urinary retention. By effectively integrating a series of evidence-based and clinically proven effective nursing measures， we can accurately assess and detect the tendency of urinary retention as early as possible. This case aims to intervene in urinary retention early， provide psychological support， reduce the patient’s anxiety， and promote recovery. The results show that physical therapy combined with Baixiao moxibustion technology has achieved significant results in improving urinary retention symptoms.
