摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病患者的护理经验，包括情志护理、饮食护理、用药护理、舒适护理、中药封包的操作方法及注意事项。基于辨证施护，给予针对性的护理干预，有助于缓解盆腔炎性疾病患者的腹痛症状，增强患者战胜疾病的信心。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with pelvic inflammatory disease treated with traditional Chinese and Western Medicine， including emotional care， dietary care， medication care， comfort care， operation methods and precautions of Traditional Chinese Medicine packaging. Based on dialectical nursing， providing targeted nursing interventions could help alleviate abdominal pain symptoms in the patient with pelvic inflammatory diseases and enhance the confidence in overcoming the disease.
