摘要

本文总结1例采用耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血患者宫腔镜术后腹胀腹痛的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，选取耳穴压丸及贴敷穴位，配合饮食指导、生活护理等常规护理，有效缓解患者的腹痛腹胀症状，促进患者术后恢复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding treated with auricular acupoint pressure pills combined with acupoint application for abdominal distension and abdominal pain after hysteroscopy. Based on the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， auricular acupoint pressure pills and acupoint sticking were selected， combined with diet guidance， life care and other routine nursing， which effectively relieved the symptoms of abdominal pain and abdominal distension and promoted the postoperative recovery of patients.
