摘要

本文总结1例运用中药热熨技术治疗类风湿性关节炎患者关节痛的护理经验，具体包括护理评估，中药热熨技术方法、药方组成及注意事项，心理护理，饮食护理等常规护理。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，采用中药热熨技术并结合其他护理措施，有效缓解类风湿性关节炎患者关节痛症状，缓解患者病情。

Abstract

This paper summarized 1 case with medicine hot ironing technology nursing experience for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis， joint pain， including specific nursing assessment， medicine hot ironing technology method and the composition of prescription and the matters needing attention， psychological nursing， diet nursing and other routine nursing. Based on the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， the traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing technology combined with other nursing measures can effectively relieve the symptoms of arthralgia in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and relieve the condition of patients.
