摘要

本文总结中医辨证施治干预1例慢性肾衰竭合并高血压患者的护理经验，综合运用血液透析和中医疗法，以期协同促进患者的康复。基于中医辨证，实施个性化的中医特色技术，包括针灸治疗、情志护理和饮食调护等，有效减轻了患者的症状，体现了中医技术在改善患者肾功能和提升机体免疫力方面的优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment intervention for a patient with chronic renal failure and hypertension. Hemodialysis and TCM treatment were comprehensively applied to synergistically promote the patient’s recovery. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， the implementation of personalized TCM characteristic technologies， including acupuncture， emotional care and diet regulation effectively alleviated the patient’s symptoms， which reflected the advantages of TCM technology in improving the patients' renal function and enhancing body immunity.
