摘要

本文总结1例拔罐联合中药封包治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，给予患者拔罐联合中药封包的方法，具有健脾、温胃、驱寒、行气、止痛的作用，患者接受及配合程度高，有效提高了治疗效果，缓解胃痛，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with spleen-stomach deficiency cold type epigastric pain treated with cupping combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine packaging. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， the method of cupping combined with TCM packaging for the patient had the effects of invigorating the spleen， warming the stomach， dispelling cold， promoting Qi， and relieving pain. The patient had a high degree of acceptance and cooperation. The above measures effectively improved the treatment effect and relieved the stomach pain， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
