摘要

本文总结了黄连膏封包治疗1例寻常型银屑病患者的护理经验。患者入院后，进行全面的护理评估和辨证分析，根据中医基本理论，实施起居护理、饮食指导、情志护理以及黄连膏封包等中医护理干预。这些措施有效地降低了患者的皮损程度，减轻了患者的痛苦，缓解了患者的瘙痒程度，从而提升了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Coptis ointment to treat a patient with psoriasis vulgaris. After the patient was admitted， a comprehensive nursing evaluation and dialectical analysis was conducted. According to the basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine， TCM nursing interventions including daily care， dietary guidance， emotional care， and Coptis ointment encapsulation were implemented. These measures effectively reduced the degree of skin lesions in the patient， alleviated pain and itching， and thus improved the patient’s life quality.
